Clausthal Foundry Colloquium

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are pleased to invite you to this year's Foundry Technology Colloquium at Clausthal University of Technology. The colloquium will take place on September 25 and 26, 2023 under the motto "Research, Promote, Celebrate".

The colloquium will once again provide a platform for professional exchange, the presentation of new research results and the discussion of current trends and challenges in foundry technology. We would like to take this opportunity to jointly recognize the progress made in this field and to shape the future of foundry technology.

The one-day lecture program includes a variety of contributions from renowned experts from industry and academia. Topics range from general trends, innovative casting processes and material development to quality control and sustainability in foundry technology. In addition to the presentations, there will also be time for direct exchange and networking.

We would also like to celebrate two special anniversaries:

• the 90th birthday of Professor Döpp
• 30 years of the Association of Friends and Sponsors of Foundry Technology at TU Clausthal e.V.

For this reason, we would also like to organize a festive evening during the colloquium.
